Roasted Golden Sesame Seeds

Rare, naturally grown Japanese sesame seeds, made into "irigoma". The sesame seeds are roasted over an open flame in an iron kettle to enhance the aroma of the golden sesame seeds and not destroy the rich taste and sweetness of the sesame seeds. Although the sesame seeds are small in size, they have a rich taste due to their high oil content.
