Returns
Please contact us at tengu@alishan.jp. If the package has been opened, it cannot be returned. If you have any questions about returns, please contact tengu@alishan.jp .

Damage and Problems
Please check the merchandise upon receipt of your order and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will take prompt action to replace the item(s) or refund your money, depending on the situation.

Exchange
Please contact us at tengu@alishan.jp. If the package has been opened, it cannot be exchanged.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of your return or refund. Credit card refunds will be processed by the bank or credit card company and may take longer to be paid.
