You can order directly from this site once you have made an account.

By Email

Please write your name, address, phone number, product name, size and quantities then send an email to tengu@alishan.jp . We can't accept credit card numbers over the phone so all email orders will be sent cash on delivery.

By Phone

Please call us at 0429-82-4811 if you prefer to order by phone. Whilst we are happy to take your order by phone, online or email orders are less prone to mistakes.

Cash On Delivery

A handling fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged.
You can pay the driver with cash, by credit card, or by mobile pay.






Lead Time ⏰

Concerning the shipment of orders.
We generally ship orders received by noon on the next business day. We do not ship on the same day. Since we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, orders will be shipped sequentially on Mondays or after major holidays. In such cases, we may not be able to meet your arrival date request.

Frozen products - 330 yen surcharge (regardless of number of boxes)

About Leave-at-Door Delivery

If you wish to use our “Leave-at-Door Delivery” service, please indicate this in the comments section.
However, please note that we cannot compensate for any loss, theft, or damage to the item after it has been left at your door.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for refrigerated or frozen shipping.
  

Product Expiry Dates

We offer products with expiration dates shorter than the following specified date as SALE items at a special price.
Regular temperature and frozen products: Special price for products with an expiration date of less than 3 months.
Refrigerated items: Special price when best before date is less than 1 month
