Organic Muesli

Developed by a Swiss physician in the 1900s, muesli is a breakfast and brunch dish composed of rolled oats, other grains, dried fruits, seeds and nuts. It is also eaten as a light dinner with bread and butter in Switzerland and Germany. Unlike granola, muesli is raw and oil-free. A variety of packaged muesli is commercially available and can be stored for many months, making it a fantastic pantry staple. Have yourself a healthy breakfast by mixing your muesli with milk, yoghurt, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juice, or plain water. Or soak overnight in milk and serve with fresh fruit or compote to taste.
