Fresh bread form Nichigetsudo. A round loaf slowly baked in a wood fired oven to give a firm crust with a light texture inside. Orders placed by Tuesday are shipped on Friday right from the oven. ※The method for scoring the dough for a Campagne loaf varies between a cross-shaped cut and a vertical cut, depending on the fermentation progress influenced by seasonal changes, humidity, and temperature.　During the summer months (approximately May through October), items will be shipped refrigerated.
