Kamut flour

The kamut grain is an ancient ancestor to our modern day wheat. Many people believe that current varieties of wheat have become less digestible in the cross breeding search for a better yielding crop. If you have trouble digesting wheat it's worth giving kamut a try. This low-allergen grain has a distinctive nutty taste and can be used on it's own or cut half and half with a different flour such as spelt.
