    • You can order directly from this site once you have made an account.

    • Please write your name, address, phone number, product name, size and quantities then send an email to tengu@alishan.jp . We can't accept credit card numbers over the phone so all email orders will be sent cash on delivery.

  • By Phone

    • Please call us at 0429-82-4811 if you prefer to order by phone. Whilst we are happy to take your order by phone, online or email orders are less prone to mistakes.

  • Cash On Delivery

    • A handling fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged.
    • You can pay the driver with cash, by credit card, or by mobile pay.

  • Mobile Pay

    • We don't currently offer any emoney payment systems but we're working on it!

  • When the goods will be shipped is,,,

    We generally ship orders received by noon on the next business day. We do not ship on the same day. Since we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, orders will be shipped sequentially on Mondays or after major holidays. In such cases, we may not be able to meet your arrival date request. Thank you for your understanding.

    • Basic shipping is FREE for orders over 5250 yen!

    Basic Shipping Charge:

    • Kanto - 660yen
    • Other - 880yen
    • Okinawa - 1,100yen (Shipping charges apply regardless of the total amount.)

  • Free Shipping and Surcharges

    • Cool products - 330 yen surcharge (regardless of number of boxes)
    • Frozen products - 330 yen surcharge (regardless of number of boxes)

  • Delivery Time

    Yamato Takkyubin offer the following delivery time slots:

    Morning

    2-4 pm

    4-6 pm

    6-8 pm

    7-9 pm

    You can choose the time slot and date you prefer when checking out.

Shipping deadlines for products

  • We offer products with expiration dates shorter than the following specified date as SALE items at a special price.

    Regular temperature and frozen products: Special price for products with an expiration date of less than 3 months.
    Refrigerated items: Special price when best before date is less than 1 month.
    Pita bread: Special price when the best before date is less than 3 weeks.

  • We often use recycled boxes and packing materials when we ship your orders. They may not look as pretty but we're helping to save the planet together! If you have any special requirements with packing materials please let us know.

  • One point will be awarded for every 100 yen spent. Points are valid for 5 years.
