This is a thick extract made with plenty of ginger. In spring, when the purple flowers begin to bloom and the temperature stabilizes, ginger is planted in the fields. The ginger grows slowly in the soil with home-made compost, soil fertility, and the sun and air in summer and fall. Before the mid-summer, when the sun is strong, the soil is gathered and straw from rice and wheat is carefully laid down to prevent it from drying out too much. In the fall, before the first frost, they are dug out and processed.The flavor is enhanced with unrefined washed sugar made from sugarcane from Kagoshima's Tanegashima Island and yuzu citrons from the garden. Please dilute it with hot water or carbonated water 5 to 10 times to taste.
