Terada Honke has been producing high quality sake in Chiba-ken for hundreds of years. Wild microorganisms ferment the organic rice using traditional methods yeilding a beautiful, mellow taste. The rice is grown locally around the brewery, where work is being done to restablish older strains of rice and encourage the use of organic farming methods.※Consumption tax is 10% for this product.
