Blackstrap Molasses

Where all the nutrients go when cane becomes white sugar; the minerals and iron in molasses make it a great choice of sweetener. Use as you would honey as a natural sweetener for cookies or as a binder for home made granola bars. You can also add a spoonful to sweeten coffee or just add a tablespoon or two to warm water for a morning tonic.
