Organic Non-Alkalised Cocoa Powder

Non-alkali processing. It is light in color and has a natural cocoa flavor. Hot cocoa is made by mixing a few teaspoons of cocoa with an equal amount of sweetener and a small amount of milk in a saucepan over medium heat, then adding 140 ml of milk, warming it, and turning off the heat just before it comes to a boil.
