Organic French Roast Ground

A rich, dark roast with a full flavor, from the Brazilian Fair Trade farming collective of Carlos Fernandes Franco. Established in 1856 this collective illustrates how coffee is meant to be grown. The shorter coffee trees are shaded by the surrounding vegetation, weeds and grasses are left to grow under the canopy and the rich biodiversity of the are is treasured. Wind Farm is their trading partner in Japan, establishing a reliable market for the beans and ensuring a fair wage for the workers. A coffee which treasures the area in which it is grown as much as the coffe itself.
