This rich tasting soy sauce is produced a short drive from where we are located at Saitama Soy Sauce Kingdom, where you can sample the delights of soy sauce ice cream! Traditional methods are used to ferment the soy beans, taking advantage of the seasonal changes in temperature to create the starter for the soy in winter and ferment the beans over the hot summer. The resulting soy sauce is has a deep, rich colour and a great depth of flavour.
