Description
Many new oils have hit the market in recent years but olive oil has held it's place as a delicious, heart healthy oil. This oil is made from a blend of bitter green olives from the north of Tunisia, and mild yellow olives from the south. This oil is cold pressed and organic. Many 'Italian' olive oils are produced in Tunisia with only the final bottling carried out in Italy in order to earn the prestigious stamp of made in Italy. We'd rather buy straight from the source.
