From the macrobiotic suppliers of our curry powder comes this wonderful cream sauce mix. It's incredibly easy to use. Just put your favourite winter veg (carrots, onions, kabocha, cabbage etc.) in a pan with enough water to cover them. Boil until tender, then stir in a few tablespoons of this mix until the sauce is thick and creamy. Add some sweetcorn for a bit of extra crunch if you like and there you have a warming winter stew.
