Sea Salt
Description
19% mineral content compared to conventional salt's 1%. This salt is from Vietnam and is dried in the sun and breeze of their coastine. You don't need much to add flavour to a dish so always use a little less than your recipe calls for. This salt is particularly good for pickles; just sprinkle over sliced cucumbers, mix in by hand, then leave in the fridge for an hour or so. Lightly rinse and enjoy your crisp, flavourful cucumber.
