Traditional pita bread from Denmark. Tear off the top and fill with salad, cheese, egg or the more traditional hummus or falael. You can also cut into small triangles and bake in a low oven to produce crisp bread triangles, perfect for dips. The best way to get the pita bread to puff up, making it easier to fill, is to sprinkle on a little water before popping into a toaster oven for a few minutes (or the microwave for a few seconds if you're really pushed for time).
