The flour is 100% organic wheat flour from North America, with no added brine, and no starch or other binders are used. The noodles are carefully steamed and dried without frying, so you can enjoy a texture similar to fresh noodles.
The special soup is richly flavored with organic soy sauce, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and other umami ingredients for a full-bodied taste.
No chemical seasonings or yeast extracts are used. Organic benihana oil and sesame oil are combined to give the soup a mild and savory flavor.
