Coconut Oil

Description

Extremely slow to oxidize (coconuts grow in hot places) and ideal for delicious non-dairy, non-poly baking. Coconut oil boasts many health benefits including improving blood cholesterol. It has anti bacterial, anti fungal and anti viral properties, and can help boost brain function. It's also a great moisturizer applied to skin, hair and nails. Don't abandon other oils in it's favour but it's definitely worth adding to your baking repetoire.
