Description
Also known as coriander or Chinese parsley. In the US, the leaves and stalks of the plant are generally referred to as "cilantro," and the seeds “coriander,” and both are available at Alishan. The leaves have citrus overtones and taste stronger and spicier than the seeds. Cilantro is found in many Asian specialties, Indian sauces, and Mexican salsas, and also used as garnish. It can be added directly to salads.
