  • Can I change my order once it's been sent?

    Yes, you can. However we usually ship the day after we receive your email so please let us know about any changes before then. You can contact us concerning any changes at [email protected]

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation email.

    The main reasons for not receiving an email are a mistake in the address you input when creating your account, or the email has been put in your junk mail box. Provided your address is correct you can try searching for emails from the user '[email protected]'. If you still can't find a confirmation email please contact us at [email protected] 

  • Do you only accept orders via the shopping cart?

    No, we are happy to receive emails by email ([email protected]),  fax (042-982-4813) or phone (042-982-4811) or even post 〒350-1251 Saitama, Hidaka, Komahongo 185-2.

  • I can't log in to my account.

    Please check that your email address and password have been entered correctly. Passwords are case sensitive. If you are having trouble please contact [email protected]
