  • I can't checkout.

    Our shopping cart will not work correctly if you view it using google translate in chrome. Our shopping cart has both a Japanese and an English page; please navigate to the correct language rather than trying to use translation software. If autotranslate is switched on in your browser when you try to checkout, one item is lost from the shopping cart and you are unable to continue. If you find this error please switch off google translate or change to a browser other than chrome. 

  • Can I change my order once it's been sent?

    Yes, you can. However we usually ship the day after we receive your email so please let us know about any changes before then. You can contact us concerning any changes at [email protected]

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation email.

    The main reasons for not receiving an email are a mistake in the address you input when creating your account, or the email has been put in your junk mail box. Provided your address is correct you can try searching for emails from the user '[email protected]'. If you still can't find a confirmation email please contact us at [email protected] 

  • Do you only accept orders via the shopping cart?

    No, we are happy to receive emails by email ([email protected]),  fax (042-982-4813) or phone (042-982-4811) or even post 〒350-1251 Saitama, Hidaka, Komahongo 185-2.

  • I can't log in to my account.

    Please check that your email address and password have been entered correctly. Passwords are case sensitive. If you are having trouble please contact [email protected]
