Basic Shipping Charge:

Kanto - 525yen
Other - 735yen
Okinawa - 1000yen
FREE for orders over 5250 yen!

cool - 225 yen surcharge (regardless of number of boxes)
frozen - 225 yen surcharge (regardless of number of boxes)

If you would like to ship your items both cool and frozen you will have to pay both surcharges. We are happy to change shipping temperatures on request (bread can be shipped cool or regular etc.)

Payment options:

COD order costs extra 200 yen. No extra charge for credit card.


Discount system:

>10,000 - 5%
>15,000 - 8%
>20,000 - 10%


Order Process:

If there is a problem with your order (out of stock, questions re.shipping etc) we will hold your order until we hear back from you. If you are in a hurry please let us know when placing your order.

we are CLOSED over the weekend.


Orders arriving by 12 noon, Mon-Thurs, are usually shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon will usually be shipped on Monday. Orders placed later on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on Tuesday. Please note we do alter delivery dates depending on problems when processing the order, quantity of orders, stock issues etc. We will send a confirmation email of shipping time and dempyo number once your order is shipped.


Delivery times:

It takes one day to deliver an order anywhere in Japan, except Kyushu and Hokkaido which takes an extra day.

eg. If you order on Monday before 12 noon your order will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday or Thursday, depending where you live.
